load:design tailors each website development project to fit the particular needs of the client. However, with each project, there are similar phases that are integral to creating interesting and successful websites. The following sections describe our process.

Phase I - Exploration

We begin each project by asking lots of questions. During this phase we work with you to identify the goals of your site. During this phase we also determine the technologies that will be necessary for site development.

Phase II - Design

Based on the information gleaned from the exploration phase, we explore a look and feel for the site, as well as structural and navigational concepts. We develop a site prototype based on this information. After all refinements have been made, we present the prototype to you for approval.

Phase III - Production and Programming

Once the site prototype has been approved by you, we begin full-scale production. This entails production of graphics, as well as the actual coding and programming of all pages.
